PRUDENTIAL CRES COMMERCIAL GROUP, MIDWEST REGION
Blue Rock Midwest, LLC has entered into an agreement with Prudential Real Estate Affiliates to own/operate/develop the largest Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate Franchise in the U.S. under the banner “Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estateâ€. The focus of the expansion plan is the entire Midwest Region, with offices located in six states including Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Missouri, and Illinois.
Since the beginning of 2006, Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate has successfully opened an office in Cincinnati, Ohio, which acts as the headquarters for the region, as well as offices in Lexington, Kentucky; Dayton, Ohio; and Columbus, Ohio.
Plans are in place to launch additional offices throughout the Midwest by year-end 2007. These and any future offices will operate under the direction of the corporate office in Cincinnati and will be full-service Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate affiliates. Additionally, other divisions of the company will include an in-house national investment mortgage group, property management services, the National Prudential CRES Hotel & Hospitality Group, and a commercial real estate consulting group.
