In order to provide the most comprehensive resources for our clients, we have formed a joint venture with Phillips Realty Capital in our Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, Louisville and Lexington markets.
Working together with Phillips Realty Capital, we offer an experienced production team of underwriters, analysts, appraisers, and loan coordinators. Completing a loan package in house allows us to propose the loan terms prior to sending it to the optimal lender. This allows our clients to make more timely financing decisions and ultimately lock in their loans much faster. In an environment of rising interest rates, this translates into lower rates, and faster, smoother closings. Prudential CRES and Phillips Realty Capital are committed to excellent customer service. Where other mortgage brokers may hand their clients off to the ultimate lender early on, we stay with our clients throughout the entire loan process, up to and beyond closing.
Prudential CRES also utilizes numerous lenders for smaller loan sizes such as Credit Suisse owned, Column Financial and LaSalle Bank for non-recourse, conduit loans.
